Learn How To Print Decals And Strickers Using Your Home Computer

If there is a specific decal or logo that you want to create, it might be a better idea to make your own using your home printer. Do not limit yourself to a craft store's selection. You should have these supplies handy before you begin: sticker or decal paper, printer ink cartridges, glue, craft knife, ruler and templates.

Step-by-Step.

1. If you do not already have decal paper on hand, stop by your local craft store and choose the paper that best fits your vision. You can usually find them in the standard 8 1/2" x 11" size. You can usually choose between clear and white.

2. Cutting tools and templates can be found at the craft or hobby store as well as a scrap booking supply store. You should look for a craft knife that has a fine-point and a cutting surface that is self healing.

6. Now it is time to place them on the model. Make sure the surface is clean and dry. If it is necessary, use glue to seal the edges.
